Notice for Holiday Orders, Shipping and Availability


Hey everyone,

Thank you so much for stopping by and considering us for your holiday gifts, yes, even for yourself.  As a small business in a global pandemic, we appreciate each and every one of your purchases.  Comments, reviews, likes and shares go a long way in helping us during this tumultuous time.  

All our items are handcrafted in small batches.  They are made in limited runs to ensure quality of product to make sure you are happy with each and every purchase for years to come.  As may see on our item pages, to please allow us up to 6-8 weeks to handcraft your order just for you.  

 

We are a small business operation with limited capacity, workers, and resources. We are reasonable and understanding people, and ask the same of our customers.  We are not a large factory with a host of employees, inventory, material, and machinery.  Most of our items are made to order, and are handcrafted in small batches.  Each item is carefully made just for you, and involves lots of time, energy, and money.  We ask that prior to purchase you ensure you've done your research to know what item you want, the customizations you'd like, and are understanding of the artistic and handcrafted nature of our items.  

 

Throughout the holidays we will be working as hard as possible to get bags and orders out in a reasonable and timely manner.  We are working night and day to not only stock our best-selling items, but as well to update our website to let you know what is and is not currently in stock.  We have created a ready to ship section on our website, and will prioritize sending out items from this category so they get to you in time.  

 

In addition, due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the holiday season will be even more taxing on our postal service.  We support Canada Post and all their efforts to deliver packages in a timely manner, but safety is of outmost priority.  We have been informed of delays that may incur, an additional 2-3 days per package.  This may alter as volume increases over the holidays.  

 

Our Advice

We recommend placing your orders sooner rather than later.  We have no official cut-off date as it's dependent entirely on our volume of orders, and instead will be making and shipping on a first-come, first-serve basis.  Our made, shipping, return and exchange policy stands the same over the holiday season.
