I am a small business operation with limited capacity and resources. I am a reasonable and understanding person, and ask the same of my customers. I am not a large factory with a host of employees, inventory, material, and machinery. Most of my items are made to order, and are handcrafted in small batches. Each item is carefully made just for you, and involves lots of time, energy, and money. I ask that prior to purchase you ensure you've done your research to know what item you want, the customizations you'd like, and are understanding of the artistic and handcrafted nature of Sadelmager items.
Throughout the holidays I will be working as hard as possible to get bags and orders out in a reasonable and timely manner. I am working night and day to not only stock my best-selling items, but as well to update the website to let you know what is and is not currently in stock.
In addition, due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the holiday season will be even more taxing on our postal service. I support Canada Post and all their efforts to deliver packages in a timely manner, but safety is of outmost priority. I have been informed of delays that may incur, an additional 2-3 days per package. This may alter as volume increases over the holidays.
I recommend placing your orders sooner rather than later. I have no official cut-off date as it's dependent entirely on our volume of orders, and instead will be making and shipping on a first-come, first-serve basis. My made, shipping, return and exchange policy stands the same over the holiday season.
