Shipping policy

Flat rate shipping of $15 for orders within Canada and $25 for orders within the U.S.A. is applied. All Canadian orders over $150 and American orders over $250 ship for free. For international orders, please contact us directly. Shipping costs are subject to change.  Please reach out if you have questions about shipping pricing or would prefer to arrange pickup.

Please allow up to 6-8 weeks for bags and 2-3 weeks for belts and small goods to be sent to you including replacement and repair items.  We work with batched items on a queue, and so we have to adjust for additional items added in.  We will work as hard as possible to get your item to you as soon as possible.

We are a small business operation with limited capacity, workers, and resources.  We are reasonable and understanding people, and ask the same of our customers.  We are not a large factory with a host of employees, inventory, material, and machinery.  Most of our items are made to order, and are handcrafted in small batches.  Each item is carefully made just for you, and involves lots of time, energy, and money.  We ask that prior to purchase you ensure you've done your research to know what item you want, the customizations you'd like, and are understanding of the artistic and handcrafted nature of our items.
